This Project will be one of the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere when completed in 2021.
Once operational, the 24 hour facility will provide training resources for the 2,500 pilots and 3,600 cabin crew trained by Qantas annually.
The facility will include a range of training environments including, 14 x flight simulators, static cockpit environments, air craft mocks, classrooms and a water landing facility.
With the project being so close to the airport. The Liebherr 285 ECB flat top tower crane was the ideal choice for the project.
